Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data to drive strategic decision-making in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams across the organization
- Execute projects aligned with the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in data wrangling and analysis to support comprehensive intelligence across multiple People Analytics projects
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
