Data Analyst - People
Job Summary
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data, shape strategic decisions, and engage in various analytics projects related to workforce intelligence and financial themes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
- Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting the development and prioritization of projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data while engaging with team members at all levels to understand the strategic role of data analytics
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
