Assist with specialized data transfer and larger DSDA extraction sets

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in customer service and issue resolution
Advanced experience with Data Storage and Data Archiving (DSDA)
Experience in extracting and transforming data from large datasets
High level proficiency with MS Office products
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
