Job Summary

A company is looking for a 9-1-1 Data Analyst for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve operational errors and discrepancies related to 9-1-1 call routing and database management
• Identify data inconsistencies and conflicts in address data sets
• Manage database migration efforts through complex data analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the Public Safety industry, preferably in 9-1-1 service order processing
• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions accurately and in a timely manner
• Proficiency in using application software for data analysis and reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
