Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, preferably in subscription retention
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with a strong grasp of applied statistics and subscription-based metrics
• Experience sourcing and analyzing data from various platforms and databases
• Ability to break down complex analytical problems into manageable components
• Strong understanding of retention, churn, and customer behavior in a subscription business
