Data Analyst, Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Data Analyst, Revenue Operations will turn data from multiple source systems into reporting, models, and visualizations that support revenue, sales, and operations decision-making while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ad-hoc and recurring analyses to support internal teams with minimal supervision
• Produce core revenue and customer-lifecycle reporting with validation logic against source-of-truth figures
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and lead the migration from legacy datasets and BI tools

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL proficiency with hands-on experience in BigQuery; familiarity with BigQuery ML is a plus
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or comparable tools
• Experience with data modeling and designing reusable views for data aggregation
• Familiarity with entity resolution and data quality techniques, including fuzzy matching
