Data Analyst - Risk Adjustment

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Reporting & Analytics - Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Adjustment Predictive Analytics team by designing and developing systems for prospective and retrospective interventions
• Conduct analysis and reporting related to managed care data, including medical claims and financial data
• Perform root cause analysis on business data issues and assist with special projects as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
• 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with skills in SQL and data design
• Familiarity with data science techniques and programming languages like Python and R is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in statistical analysis and forecasting of medical cost trends
