Data Analyst Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle data analytics projects, the full-time salaried Data Analyst Senior Associate will manage day-to-day tasks, utilizing technical and interpersonal skills to enhance client revenue cycles through high-quality analysis and process improvement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve revenue cycle operations for clients
• Collaborate with client management at all levels to ensure data quality and effective reporting
• Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to compile, analyze, and present complex datasets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Sigma or Power BI
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services or consulting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience in healthcare finance data is preferred
