Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Insight Analyst responsible for acquiring, managing, and analyzing data for internal teams, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouse and Salesforce with tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships, providing insights through visualizations and narrative descriptions
• Communicate with customers regarding data needs, manage partner requests, and ensure data quality through review and QA processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel is essential
• Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred
• Previous client-facing experience is required
• Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy data is a plus
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
