Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time telemetry alerts and operational datasets to validate incidents and assess operational impact
• Provide analytical context and data-driven insights during incident investigations and support escalation decisions
• Identify recurring incident patterns and recommend improvements for alert tuning and monitoring practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a data analyst or operations analyst role
• Hands-on experience with time-series data, logs, alerts, or event-driven datasets
• Strong analytical skills to interpret noisy or incomplete data
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, incident-driven environments
