Data Analyst - Test & Learn

Job Summary

Partnering with business stakeholders, the remote Data Analyst - Test & Learn will design and analyze test experiments to provide actionable insights that enhance business strategies and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver creative test solutions and strategies to address key business questions and drive results
• Communicate actionable test results effectively to both technical and non-technical partners
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify test opportunities and participate in test planning meetings

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on data-driven projects
• Proficiency in Mastercard's Test & Learn tool and familiarity with A/B testing processes
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling and complex SQL queries
• Bachelor's degree in applied Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Market Analysis, or related fields
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings to senior management and stakeholders
