Data Analyst, Trust & Safety

Job Summary

Data Analyst, Trust & Safety is a full-time position focused on identifying abuse patterns, analyzing behavioral signals, and developing detection systems to maintain a safe environment for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root-cause investigations of unexpected events or spikes
• Define, instrument, and monitor key metrics related to detection and enforcement
• Build dashboards and reports for visibility into behavior and policy violations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data or analytics roles, preferably in security or trust and safety
• Proficiency in SQL and data tools such as Looker or Mode
• Experience working with large event/data sets
• Familiarity with statistical validation and prediction models
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and build frameworks independently
