Data Analyst User Analytics

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Data Analyst on the User Analytics & Insights team, the successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, build dashboards, support experimentation, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze user behavior, performance, engagement, and retention metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards for tracking key business and user behavior metrics
• Support experiment setup and analysis, including A/B testing and user segmentation

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of A/B testing concepts and user segmentation
• Ability to analyze user engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
