Data Analyst, Value-Based Care

Job Summary

Transforming complex clinical and financial data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Data Analyst, Value-Based Care will build and maintain performance metrics, develop customer-facing analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance value-based care outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain core Value-Based Care performance metrics across various domains, including risk, quality, utilization, and cost
• Develop customer-facing analytics, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights in a narrative-driven format
• Analyze Medicare Advantage performance data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on healthcare data analytics experience in a value-based care context
• Deep familiarity with VBC metrics such as risk adjustment, utilization, and cost
• Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries across various datasets
• Exceptional data storytelling ability to translate analytical findings into clear narratives
• Experience building customer-facing reports and dashboards for external stakeholders
