Data Analyst with PHI Compliance

Job Summary

To ensure data integrity and compliance, the full-time remote Marketing Data Analyst with PHI Compliance will manage the sourcing, validation, and preparation of member data for communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end process of extracting and compiling member lists from multiple internal data sources for communications
• Define and enforce data quality standards, building automated checks to identify anomalies and ensure data integrity
• Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) with strict compliance, managing suppression and exclusion logic for member communications

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data operations, or a closely related discipline
• Experience working with Protected Health Information (PHI) and knowledge of HIPAA requirements
• Strong SQL proficiency in Snowflake, capable of writing complex queries and transforming data
• Experience with data validation logic and managing data integrity as a priority
• Familiarity with member data concepts, including suppression lists and eligibility logic
