Job Summary
Supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Advanced Trade Analytics Platform, the full-time Data Analyst with Top Secret Clearance will analyze large datasets, develop reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance national security and trade enforcement efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data mining, preparation, analysis, and reporting activities to support mission objectives
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations while collaborating with data scientists and engineers
- Evaluate data quality and completeness to ensure sound decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline
- Five years of experience in applied research, big data analytics, or related fields, with two years in data science research
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing large datasets
- Knowledge of data mining, databases, and data visualization concepts
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
