Data Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

To support business decision-making, the full-time remote Data Analytics Analyst will perform data collection, analysis, and reporting, producing dashboards and statistical insights to enhance understanding of business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
• Build dashboards and performance reports while applying statistical methods to analyze trends
• Support automation and workflow optimization for reporting and analytics processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Typically 2 to 4 years of related analytics experience
• Proficient SQL and data querying skills with the ability to work with moderately complex datasets
• Strong Excel or similar tool skills
• Ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to stakeholders with some guidance
