Data Analytics Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Data Analytics to join their Clinical Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as the first point of contact for Sr. Managers and Associate Directors
• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across the organization to identify actions for improvements and monitor initiative impact

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in SQL or proficiency in R/Python with analytical tools
• 3+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into insights
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards and working with business intelligence tools
• 3+ years proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced functions
• 1+ years experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or the insurance industry
