Data Analytics Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Operations Data Analytics to join their Service Operations Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as the primary contact for senior management
• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across the organization to identify operational improvements and monitor initiative impacts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights
• 2+ years of experience in SQL for filtering, aggregating, and building CTEs
• 1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including proficiency in VLookup and nested if statements
• 1+ years of experience developing dashboards and using business intelligence/data visualization tools
