Key Responsibilities

• Generate insights and serve as the primary contact for senior management in a major business unit
• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across the organization to enhance operational dashboards and identify healthcare inefficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 3+ years of experience working with large datasets and deriving relevant insights
• 3+ years of experience in SQL or proficiency in R/Python for data analysis
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards with business intelligence tools
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or the insurance industry
