Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Consultant to support EEO, Affirmative Action, and workforce analytics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes proprietary software to generate standard and custom reporting analyzing workforce trends and government reporting
• Engages with clients and industry organizations to strategize on regulatory and best practices
• Analyzes data sets for accuracy and consistency while providing recommendations to the Project Team

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Systems Analysis, Statistics, or related fields
• Knowledge of Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity laws and HR functions
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Tools, particularly Excel and Access
• Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and HR metrics
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
