Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant, the individual will design, develop, and deliver production-ready reporting solutions using Power BI, DAX, and SQL to support Revenue Cycle operations while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
• Gather and validate data from various sources, preparing it for analytic efforts and ensuring data quality
• Create and refine analytical models to provide actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and experience with Azure or Databricks
• Experience in gathering data and developing reporting solutions in a healthcare Revenue Cycle context is highly desirable
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboards and KPIs
