Data Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the data management and reporting capabilities of the Awards Management Unit, the part-time Data Analytics Consultant will consolidate and visualize award data into a live Power BI dashboard while supporting the transition to the NetSuite Partnerships Module remotely over a 3-month independent consultant contract.
Key responsibilities
- Review existing country-office award matrices to identify inconsistencies and maintain a consolidated master dataset
- Build and maintain a live Power BI dashboard connected to the consolidated dataset, ensuring role-based access
- Provide interim data solutions and support the mapping of dashboard fields to the NetSuite Partnerships Module for a smooth transition
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in data management within the humanitarian/development sector, preferably with NGOs
- Advanced skills in Power BI
- Working knowledge of ERP and grants-management systems
- Understanding of sub-award and grants-management concepts, including due diligence and risk assessment
- Demonstrated ability to design interim data solutions during system transitions
