Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions to support Revenue Cycle operations and enhance decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex reporting initiatives, ensuring production quality through governance and validation while mentoring team members
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to define metrics, conduct analyses, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization
- Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms preferred
