Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making in Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions while independently leading complex reporting initiatives and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and quality
• Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and prepare data for analysis
• Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify business needs and developing analysis plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms preferred
