Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage the development and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk-adjusted reporting and analytics for Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify business needs and translating them into actionable insights
- Execute creative data analytic approaches, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
