Job Summary
Focused on delivering high-quality production reporting and self-service insights, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage data models and business intelligence solutions related to risk adjustment, utilizing tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations and interactive BI reports
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and developing analysis plans to measure the impact of business decisions
- Prepare and validate data for analytic efforts, ensuring data quality and accuracy while integrating and consolidating data from various sources
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
