Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence while collaborating with stakeholders
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to produce actionable outcomes, including defining and validating metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Interpret data analyses and present insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
- Experience with Python and Databricks is preferred
