Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions while focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and creating interactive BI reports
• Execute creative data analytic approaches to define metrics and conduct various analyses, including predictive statistics
• Gather and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrating multiple data sources for actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL processes
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas and modern data pipelines
