Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions focused on risk adjustment reporting and analytics, utilizing tools such as Power BI and Databricks.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
• Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
• Gather and prepare data for analytics by validating sources, merging data, and ensuring its quality and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL processes
• Experience developing data visualizations and working with relational data
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role
