Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Consultant IV will independently manage risk adjustment reporting and analytics, focusing on developing data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations and interactive BI reports
• Gather and prepare data for analysis by validating sources, querying data, and ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Interpret data analyses and present insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and influencing business strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
• Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
