Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to deliver actionable insights into risk score performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and consistency while collaborating with stakeholders
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable outcomes, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and developing analysis plans and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
