Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage the development and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics for Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and prepare data for analytic efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into data requirements and analysis plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
- Experience with data visualization and relational database management
