Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data presentations
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and validate algorithms through comprehensive analyses
- Consult with clients to clarify business needs and translate requirements into effective data collection and analysis plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
