Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models and reporting solutions using Power BI and Databricks
- Conduct complex data analyses to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify analytical requirements and ensure data quality and accuracy
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
