Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions and data models, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics while utilizing tools like Power BI and Databricks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data presentation
- Gather and prepare data for analysis, validating sources and ensuring data quality for actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into data-driven outcomes and reporting metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts, such as star schemas
