Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage risk adjustment reporting and analytics, develop business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data models and reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business reporting solutions while ensuring data quality and consistency
- Conduct complex data analyses and interpret findings to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate business needs into actionable metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role
