Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics while working remotely across various states.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in collaboration with stakeholders
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights, including defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Prepare and validate data for analytic efforts, ensuring quality and accuracy while developing analytical models that enable informed business decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
