Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherency
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to define metrics and conduct various analyses, including predictive statistics
- Interpret data analyses and present findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making through compelling storytelling
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
