Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to deliver insights on risk score performance across various programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data visualizations and reports
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and translating requirements into actionable insights
- Gather, validate, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrating multiple data sources for comprehensive reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
