Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance reporting capabilities and drive data-informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, including data visualizations and interactive BI reports
- Gather and prepare data for analysis, ensuring quality and accuracy while applying complex statistical methods
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify analytical requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, such as star schemas
- Experience with Python and Databricks is preferred
