Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Databricks, while translating complex data into actionable insights in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify business needs and developing analysis plans
- Prepare and validate data for analytic efforts, ensuring data quality and integrating data from various sources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
