Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data models and visualizations using Power BI and Databricks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and interpret data analyses for stakeholders
- Gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, ensuring quality and accuracy while integrating data from various sources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Experience with relational data and data visualization tools
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
