Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and translating complex data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in design and implementation
- Execute data analytic approaches to drive strategic decisions by defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and interpret data analyses, providing insights to influence decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
