Data Analytics Consultant IV

Job Summary

To support a growing Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions focused on risk score performance, utilizing Power BI and Databricks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence across data visualizations and interactive BI reports
• Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and developing analysis plans to measure the impact of decisions
• Gather and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy while integrating and consolidating data from various sources

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
• Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
