Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks while translating complex data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and automates business reporting solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence in data presentation
- Executes creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes, including defining and validating algorithms and conducting various statistical analyses
- Drives strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and developing analysis plans to measure the impact of business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas
