Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and define metrics for analysis
- Interpret data analyses and present findings to stakeholders to influence decision-making and improve business processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
