Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analytics Consultant IV will drive strategic data-informed decisions by developing and maintaining data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on risk adjustment reporting and analytics for various government programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence
- Execute creative data analytic approaches, defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses to derive actionable insights
- Gather and prepare data for analytic efforts, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and providing training and support to end-users
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL processes
- Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and modern data pipelines
