Data Analytics Consultant IV
Job Summary
To support the Risk Adjustment Reporting and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will design, develop, and maintain data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk score performance insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable insights and define metrics for analysis
- Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to clarify business needs and developing analysis plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
