Job Summary
Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Analytics Consultant IV will manage the development and maintenance of data models and business intelligence solutions, focusing on Power BI and Databricks to enhance risk adjustment reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate business and reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure coherence and consistency
- Execute creative data analytic approaches, defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses to derive actionable insights
- Gather and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrating information from multiple sources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL
- Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling concepts
